Duncan Aviation NBAA Campaign Recognized for Excellence

As the world’s largest family-owned aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul business, Duncan Aviation has long been synonymous with quality. For the 2011 National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) conference, Duncan Aviation worked with 42 on a distinctive approach to relaying their core beliefs and attitudes to attendees. The¬†campaign included a promotional video, a custom sales tool iPad app and an informative microsite.

The aircraft industry places such a strong emphasis on performance in the sky, it’s easy to overlook the essential work that happens on the ground. With this in mind, we structured Duncan Aviation’s NBAA microsite as a one-way flight, highlighting the dual nature of the industry. As users scroll through the microsite, they are propelled from takeoff to landing, important details of Duncan Aviation’s business greeting them along the way.

The campaign has been a recognized success, winning an Addy award, an IAC award and a Communicator award.
